By BrightonPy: Data Intelligence Network
—— Welcome, Brighton Data Intelligence Network Users! ——
We’re a friendly community where all tools, languages, and industries are welcome — from Python and R to SQL, BI, and beyond. Our group aims to provide a friendly atmosphere where talks, knowledge, and community is shared.
This event is brought to you by Datacove. We are a Data and Analytics Consultancy Team based in Brighton, working across Customer Analytics, Shiny and Reporting, Marketing Analytics and Process Automation.
We are supported by Silicon Brighton, Barclays Eagle Labs and Plat9rm Brighton.
—— Talk Information ——
Talk One:
We will be joined by Craig West, freelancer and self-proclaimed Pythonista.
Craig will be giving his talk, “From an AI Agent in HTML to our own Coding/EA Agent,” where he will break down AI agents in a way that’s easy to understand.
In this session, he’ll cover:
- Demystifying AI Agents and building a basic Coding/Executive Assistant Agent using HTML and API requests
- Exploring Tool Calling, Context Augmentation, Memory, and applying these principles to real-world examples
- Demonstrating full data intelligence on a Kaggle dataset, with slides and code available for experimentation afterwards.
—— General Information ——
Now, refreshments! Drinks and pizza will be served from 6pm. Talks will commence at 6:30pm/6:45pm and the event will conclude at 8:00pm.
The conversation will continue after the event at a local pub – obviously!
