“Reaching for the Cloud Without a Sky-High Budget “- Paul Axon.

Tonight, it is our pleasure to have long-time member Paul Axon, present a new talk on learning Tech skills with no to low costs.

This talk will focus on getting up to speed with developing on the Cloud, and will focus on learning Azure Cloud technologies.

Paul has recently started a project to migrate his company’s applications to the Cloud using Azure-native technologies.

Paul has based his talk on having a team with various levels of experience in Azure/Cloud Technologies and he needed to set up a learning plan for all of the team.

Paul is going to share his experiences on what resources are available for developers to learn tech or gain certifications without spending a lot of money.

Paul Axon Bio:

Paul is an Engineering Manager with 20 years experience in the Microsoft / .Net space working with some of Sussex’s most innovative technology companies. Paul writes blogs and presents at technical conferences in his spare time as well.

Doors open around 6:30pm and Paul will commence his talk at around 7pm.

As usual we will have a half time break with free snacks and drinks included.
