TechResort

TechResort is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company tackling digital exclusion and sharing digital skills across East Sussex since 2013. 

Our drop-ins at Eastbourne town hall and elsewhere in the county help digitally excluded people get connected safely and confidently. We repurpose donated mobile phones and laptops and distribute them to those who need them most.

Young people can join our free or low cost coding, making and creativity sessions. 

We provide consultancy on all aspects of digital tech and inclusion. If you’re struggling with a challenge, please ask! Clients include East Sussex County Council, Citizens Advice 1066, Lewes District Council, Wealden District Council, Leeds City Council and Hastings Heart.

We also offer work experience to many local young people – friendly, supportive and well structured work experience can be a game changer and it’s core to what we do.

Our work is funded by consultancy and also grant funding from local councils, the Sussex Community Foundation, Blagrave Trust, Southern Water and others
