Assistant Producer, Permanent Full Time

FuturLab is recruiting for the role of Assistant Producer, Permanent Full Time. Assistant Producer role supporting production on PowerWash Simulator, working with cross-discipline teams in the Brighton office. The post suits someone with at least one year of games industry experience, strong English communication, and a passion for production and games.

What you’ll do

• Track dev team tasks and help with communication between departments.
• Collect screenshots and videos for submission and help identify efficiencies and risks.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinate and implement localisation.
• Help play new content and maintain Confluence and documentation.

What they’re looking for

• Have at least one year of professional experience in the games industry.
• Show excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bring a passion for production and games.
• Be able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Have a good working knowledge of Excel.
• Have a valid UK work visa and be willing to commute to or relocate to Brighton.

Additional role information

• JIRA and Confluence experience, and an understanding of content pipelines, would be useful but are not essential.
• A cover letter is favoured.
• Experience with Early Access titles or live ops is a bonus.
