Cyber Security Awareness Analyst

Intact Insurance is recruiting for the role of Cyber Security Awareness Analyst. The Cyber Awareness Analyst supports cyber awareness activities that help build and sustain a strong cyber security culture across the organisation. The role creates content, supports campaigns and tracks awareness and training data.

What you’ll do

• Support delivery of cyber awareness campaigns and colleague communications.
• Help create and maintain security training, education and behaviour change materials.
• Assist with phishing simulations and targeted awareness activities.
• Develop clear, engaging content for different business audiences.
• Promote secure behaviours and reinforce policy and good practice through day-to-day awareness activity.
• Support the coordination of awareness events, campaigns and engagement initiatives across the business.
• Track awareness metrics, training completion and campaign effectiveness data.

What they’re looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting cyber awareness, training, communications or behaviour change initiatives within a business environment.
• Good understanding of common cyber security risks and topics such as phishing, password security, social engineering, data protection and secure remote working.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities with attention to detail.

• The role sits within Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security.
• It reports to the Director, Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security, with day-to-day task management from the Cyber Awareness Specialist.
