Purrfect Space

Purrfect Space is a calm, cat-friendly coworking and wellbeing space in central Brighton. Designed for people who value focus, routine and a gentler working environment, it combines flexible workspace with the quiet company of resident rescue cats.

Coworkers can book full-day or half-day passes, regular-use bundles, or apply for one of a limited number of monthly memberships. Passes include high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited tea and coffee, kitchen facilities and access to a quiet workspace. A bookable phone booth is available for short calls and meetings.

The space has warm lighting, natural materials, quiet periods and music-free times, with no expectation to make conversation or interact with the cats. Its main coworking area, seating, kitchen and accessible toilet are on the ground floor; a portable entrance ramp can be provided by arrangement. An additional raised room is reached by stairs.

Purrfect Space is a professional workspace rather than a cat café. The cats’ welfare comes first, and visitors are asked to follow the venue’s calm-working and animal-welfare rules. Some cats are permanent residents while others are fostered in partnership with a rescue charity.

Outside weekday coworking hours, the venue hosts low-pressure wellbeing and creative events including cat yoga, sound baths, art sessions, gentle movement and community gatherings. The space can also be hired for suitable small events.

Opening hours: coworking is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm. Advance booking is recommended, and visitors with specific access needs are encouraged to contact the team before booking.
