Lean Agile Brighton 2026
Lean Agile Brighton is a one-day, single-track conference for agile thought leaders, practitioners and enthusiasts. It brings together people working with lean, agile, product delivery, organisational change and modern ways of working from across the UK and beyond.
The 2026 speaker line-up includes Stuart Young, Nicolas Brown, Masha Gaganova, Sarah Wells, Thierry de Pauw, Sam Carpenter and Nicola Sedgwick. Announced sessions explore human skills in an AI-shaped workplace, using AI to scale product and flow expertise, engineering effectiveness and the challenge of keeping long-lived systems up to date.
The conference is organised by the team behind the Brighton Lean Agile Meetup Group. Lean Agile Brighton is run as a non-profit event and donates at least half of its profits to charity.
The event takes place in Studio A at Ironworks Studios in Brighton’s North Laine. The venue is around five minutes’ walk from Brighton railway station and has quiet spaces available for people who need somewhere to work or rest.
The published event time is 9:00am to 5:30pm on Wednesday 21 October 2026. The detailed schedule will be released nearer the event.
