Tech Talent Champions

Tech Talent Champions is a government-funded programme, delivered by TechNative and Sussex Innovation, that helps South East tech businesses hire entry-level talent.

For employers

The programme offers a free recruitment service, matching roles to trained, motivated candidates assessed on practical skills rather than just CVs. It also helps employers find available grants and funding for hiring, with support after the hire.

For candidates

Tech Talent Champions offers a route into software engineering, data, AI and cyber roles at local employers.
