Data Programme Manager

Intact Insurance is recruiting for the role of Data Programme Manager. The Data Programme Manager will lead the data workstream within the UK&I CIO Transformation, turning business challenges into outcome-driven data strategies. The role manages delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and risks across data initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Lead the data workstream for the CL/SL Transformation programme.
• Translate business challenges into clear, outcome-driven data strategies aligned with transformation goals.
• Work with the Transformation team to define programme scope and prioritise delivery by business value.
• Develop an integrated delivery plan that delivers business value incrementally against milestones and outcomes.
• Own and manage the delivery plan across data initiatives.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and critical path activities.

What they’re looking for

• Experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes in Commercial Lines or Specialty Lines insurance.
• Ability to turn complex business problems into structured data solutions and delivery plans.
• Understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems, including Azure, Databricks and Power Platform.
• Experience defining the end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion through to consumption.
