Executive Producer

Creative Assembly / SEGA is recruiting for the role of Executive Producer. The Executive Producer will lead delivery of an upcoming title, working across product strategy, quality, commercial performance and long-term franchise success. The role also involves leading and developing teams, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and using player research and data to inform decisions.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of the title and oversee all aspects of product delivery.
• Own product strategy, commercial performance and the project’s contribution to the franchise.
• Define target audiences, player value propositions, product vision and go-to-market approach.
• Align priorities, timelines, risks, budgets and development objectives with leadership.
• Use player research, analytics, competitor analysis and market trends to inform decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop product leaders and teams, encouraging accountability, growth and high performance.
• Build strong partnerships across franchise, studio, publishing and SEGA corporate teams.
• Report on product health, commercial performance and strategic risks to senior stakeholders.

• Have shipped multiple titles, including at least one in an executive producer leadership role.
• Have proven impact on launching and maintaining a live service.
• Show success growing game businesses and the teams that deliver them.
• Be able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Have broad knowledge of the games business across platforms and genres.
• Show confidence using data to evaluate business decisions.
• Be able to work with external stakeholders and IP partners.
• Have familiarity with Total War, the catalogue and the strategy gaming space.

• The role includes working within the Total War Franchise platform framework.
• The post may expand into Live Service.
