Product Designer

Intact Insurance is recruiting for the role of Product Designer. This role designs and optimises user-centred solutions for products and services within Intact’s UK Insurance business. It focuses on expanding digital features across multiple brands and improving designs in line with best practice and the design system.

What you’ll do

• Create end-to-end, user-centred product designs across multiple digital products and services.
• Produce user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Design intuitive AI-enabled experiences and workflows that are transparent and trustworthy.
• Help users understand, validate and confidently act on AI-driven insights and recommendations.
• Define and improve a product design process that delivers measurable value.

What they’re looking for

• Experience working in product or platform focused design environments.
• Expertise in design tooling, preferably Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and user testing tools such as Axure and Usertestint.com.
• A good understanding of Agile delivery methodology.
