Salesforce Quality Engineering (QE) Lead

This role leads quality engineering across Bupa’s Salesforce ecosystem, with an automation-first approach to testing and quality controls. It focuses on secure, scalable, business-critical Salesforce solutions and collaboration with engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead testing and quality engineering across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
• Provide quality assurance for Salesforce configuration changes, LWC, Apex, flows, workflows, triggers and integrations.
• Validate end-to-end Salesforce business processes across multiple systems and services.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support quality assurance for Salesforce data migrations and transformation activities.
• Maintain regression coverage as the Salesforce platform evolves.
• Identify quality and release risks early and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.

• You need strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms in complex enterprise environments.
• You need experience testing one or more of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• You need a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• You need experience validating Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, integrations and the security model.
• You need experience testing Salesforce releases, deployments and environment management processes.
• You need experience in software testing, quality engineering or test automation, with significant Salesforce experience.
