Software Delivery Manager

Focus Group is recruiting for the role of Software Delivery Manager. The Software Delivery Manager will shape the order, pace and clarity of internal application and service delivery. The role combines sprint planning, Jira administration and stakeholder communication across multiple development teams.

What you’ll do

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, automations and permission schemes.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility.
• Run regular Jira hygiene activities and keep process documentation up to date in Confluence.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement and planning poker sessions.
• Monitor sprint progress, track metrics and help clear blockers.
• Work with stakeholders to prepare backlog items, report progress and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT with internal stakeholders and escalate risks and quality concerns to the Head of Software.
